We have prepared this overview so you can be well informed before your stay and can enjoy the anticipation of your holiday without worries.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you are leaving before 7:30 am, we kindly ask you to let us know the day before. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request.
Pets are welcome at our hotel upon request. The surcharge is € 10 per day. If desired, a food bowl and basket can be provided. The animals do not have access to the breakfast room, restaurant or pool. You are welcome to stay on the outside terrace of the restaurant. If a special final cleaning is required, this will be carried out for an additional charge of € 80.
Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival. After that, the entire fee will be charged, also in the case of no-show. To confirm the booking, we request your credit card number or a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay. For all non-refundable offers, the full cost will be charged even if cancelled.
